Shipping & COD Policy
COD Order Confirmation:
Even if a COD order is placed, we will only ship it after verbal confirmation from the customer. Please expect a call once you place a COD order.
Order Dispatch:
All orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days, except for preorder items. For preorder timelines, please check our website, WhatsApp customer support, or Instagram DM.
Delivery Timeline:
The estimated delivery time within India is 1-7 working days.
Delivery Hours:
Orders will be delivered between 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM on all days.
Express Delivery:
Under the express delivery option on our website, delivery is 99% guaranteed.
Note: Delays may occur due to natural calamities, extreme weather, flight cancellations, or other unforeseen circumstances (Acts of God). Hermosa Accessoriess holds no responsibility for such delays.
OTP Verification:
All packages are OTP verified. Hermosa Accessoriess holds no responsibility if the package is delivered to someone else. Keep your OTP safe and do not share it with anyone.
Delivery Disputes:
- If your order status shows "Delivered," but you have not received the package, please inform us within 24 hours.
- After 48 hours, courier companies do not accept delivery disputes, and we will be unable to assist further.
COD Order Cancellation:
Every COD order is sent only after telephonic or WhatsApp confirmation with the customer.
If the customer does not respond to calls and messages for three consecutive days, the order will be automatically canceled.
COD Order Rejections:
If a COD order is refused upon delivery despite prior confirmation, Hermosa Accessories reserves the right to reject any future COD orders for the same name, phone number, or address.
